INTENSIVE COMPREHENSIVE TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATION IN ALL LEVELS:

Certifications: Comprehensive & Intensive Teacher Training Programs. 12 month curriculum requiring 900 hrs. to complete.Comprised of 750 hrs internship which includes  observations, anatomy, preparation for written exam , intake protocol,  Student  Teaching , participation of classes, all levels in Mat and all apparatus's. Plus a 300 hrs exam , 600 hrs exam and 900 hrs exam on completion.

The teacher training involves:
*function and rationale of the exercise
*postural analysis and intake protocol
*verbal and tactile cueing, pacing and dynamics
*muscle recruitment and biomechanics
*functional applications
*modifications and variations of the classical exercises.
*hands-on client based instruction
